The City of Mississauga (the “City”) operates various facilities for recreational, culture and events business. The City requires a Supplier to supply and deliver coffee, hot beverage products and related supplies and provide equipment (the “Coffee Services”) to designated City locations on an as needed basis. The Coffee Services include, without limitation: (i) Supply and delivery of coffee, hot beverage products and related supplies (the “Products”); Supply and installation of Equipment; and (ii) Maintenance and support services for the Equipment at no additional cost to the City.
