Description: 

The Corporation of the City of Mississauga is looking to procure construction services to complete heritage restoration works. 

The Project site is the Clarke Memorial Hall, located at 161 Lakeshore Road West, Mississauga, Ontario. The City intends to undertake works to the Clarke Memorial Hall site to ensure the property remains in a state-of-good-repair. 

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to.

  • Heritage restoration of windows and masonry walls.
  • Replacement of main front exterior stairs and two (2) back exterior exit stairs.
  • Replacement of electrical panels and disconnect switches.
  • Replacement of exhaust fans.
  • Structural repairs to stone foundations, parapet tie-back, and.
  • Provision for access to carry out Works (e.g. scaffolding), including all necessary engineered drawings, certifications, and/or inspections.
