High level project deliverables include the following:

 

  • Replacement of all roofs;
  • Replacement of four (4) existing Roof-Top Units (RTUs) and one (1) existing Energy Recover Ventilator Unit (ERV);
  • Supply and Installation of new building BAS System;
  • Supply and installation of metering for main Utilities;
  • Removal / Demolition of existing interior Fire Place; 
  • Lower existing raised floor Electrical outlets;
