The City is procuring a Program Advisory Consultant to provide strategic, procurement, and construction‑phase advisory services in support of planning and delivery of the Projects. The Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to City staff, supporting governance, decision‑making, risk management, and delivery assurance across the project lifecycle. Core services are expected to include strategic advisory, procurement and commercial support, utility and early works advisory, and construction‑phase schedule, risk, and claims support. Additional specialist services may be requested by the City on an as‑needed basis, subject to pre‑approval and available allowance. Detailed task requirements and deliverables are set out in Appendix C – Statement of Work. |
