The City of Mississauga (the “City”) is seeking to retain the services of a multi-disciplinary Consultant Team under the leadership of a Prime Architectural Design Consultant (“Prime Consultant”) with proven design experience related to new construction and interior planning of municipal projects (Fire Stations, Police Stations, EMS Stations, Community Centres, Libraries, Hospitals, etc.). Prime Consultants are hereby invited to submit their credentials to pre-qualify for upcoming Request for Tenders (RFT's) or Request for Proposals (RFP's) for Architectural Design Services for new construction Fire Station projects. It is the City's intent that approximately six (6) top-ranked Respondents will successfully pre-qualify and will be invited to bid on upcoming RFT's or RFP's for new Fire Station projects over a term of the next five (5) years.
