The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the “City”) is seeking to procure a qualified General Contractor to undertake the renovation of the Braeben Golf Course Clubhouse.

The Braeben Golf Course Clubhouse contains locker rooms, a snack bar, golf shop, golf cart storage, and a dining hall.

The renovation will include accessibility upgrades such as the installation of ADOs and tactile surfaces, lifecycle replacement of the flat roof and RTUs, control joint replacement, and localised concrete repairs.

Bidders are referred to Appendix C – Statement of Work, Appendix E – Drawings, and Appendix F – Technical Specifications for detailed project requirements
