The City of Mississauga (the “City”) owns and operates a portfolio of over 350 buildings of various age, size, function and type. In order to maintain this portfolio of buildings and keep them in a state of good repair, the Facilities & Property Management Division implements and delivers a multi-million annual capital program of life cycle renewal and improvement projects. In addition, Facilities & Property Management also implements and delivers new construction and major renovation projects for various stakeholders within the City. The City is seeking to establish a roster of qualified and experienced Professional Project Management firms capable of providing complete project management services, and/or specific services outlined within this procurement request to assist in the successful project management and delivery of assigned capital projects. |

The five highest-ranking bidders have been approved for inclusion on the City's Project Management Services Roster.
The City will not award any project assignments to a Bidder, or any other party, at the conclusion of this procurement. Inclusion by the City on this roster does not constitute a guarantee that the City will request any work from a particular roster firm, or that a particular roster firm will receive any assignments or any volume of work from the City during the roster term.
The roster will be in place for a period of three (3) years from the award date.
