The City seeks to enhance the MiWay riders' experience by offering real-time trip planning, dynamic service alerts, and intuitive detour visualizations. The goal is to augment customer experience through timely and relevant communication that supports their journey. Additionally, the platform will facilitate customer engagement by allowing them to participate in surveys and submit issues, complaints, and feedback.
