The Corporation of the City of Mississauga is seeking to procure a General Contractor or pool contractor for the lifecycle replacement of the existing pool filtration system, with regenerative media filtration system and related equipment. The Frank McKechnie Community Centre is a 5,683 square meters one-storey building built in 2000 and located at 310 Bristol Road East, Mississauga, ON L4Z 3V5. The centre contains a library, activity rooms, a swimming pool, and locker rooms. The pool mechanical equipment is located in a designated room within the Facility. The successful Contractor will be required to remove and decommission the existing training pool, play pool, and hydro pool (Spa) sand filtration systems and related pumps and piping. Supply and Install new regenerative media filtration systems, pumps, piping, valves, UV sanitation system, and other related equipment and accessories, including integration with the existing BAS.
