The City invites bids from qualified environmental consultants to perform annual Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) reassessments (preventative maintenance) on twenty-seven (27) City buildings. In addition, when (or if) required, new assessments (demand maintenance) on any City owned building that has not previously been assessed for ACM. |
