The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the “City”) invites Bids from qualified Bidders to provide consulting services for the City's Strategic Plan Refresh 2024 to 2027. This project will focus on conducting robust community engagement and researching best practices. The purpose of this initiative is to review and refresh the City’s Strategic Plan for 2024-2027. The new plan will define and shape the key priorities and future course of the City of Mississauga. It will provide a framework for developing action items and inform budget decisions and the allocation of resources. The strategic plan will serve as an overarching plan that guides and supports other Divisional plans and identifies strategic priorities, based upon relevant data and information. The Successful Bidder will support an internal project team to develop and complete a refresh of the City’s Strategic Plan. Refer to the "Statement of Work" section of this Request for Proposal (RFP) for more details on specific areas of responsibility for the Consultant. |
