The City of Mississauga (the “City”) is seeking detailed proposals from construction firms to provide complete construction management services for the Request for Proposal for Construction Management Services for Facility Renewals - Iceland Arena located at 705 Matheson Blvd E, Mississauga, ON L4Z 3X9, Mississauga ON. Iceland Arena is a two-story recreational building originally constructed in 1996 and includes four (4) ice rinks. The exterior walls are generally constructed of insulated sandwich precast panels on a concrete foundation. The Building requires major lifecycle renewals to its building envelope, HVAC systems, Ice Rinks and their refrigeration system. The scope of work will be divided into three (3) phases as follows: Pre-Construction Phase, Construction Phase and Post-Construction Phase
