Description:	The City of Mississauga (City) is seeking proposals for consulting services for District Energy in Downtown Mississauga: Technical Analyses and Conceptual Design: this will involve modelling current energy demand and supply for the Downtown, as well as projected (until 2050) energy demand and supply in the Downtown in three scenarios: (1) baseline case; (2) low-carbon case; and (3) DE low-carbon case. These scenarios are described in more detail below. A conceptual design for the DE system will also be created. Financial Modelling: building on the analysis in the first phase, the second phase will involve a financial analysis of the conceptual DE system design. Recommending a role for the City in the DE system: the third phase will involve recommending a role for the City in the DE system. In addition, informational and educational sessions will be held for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project.
