The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the “City”) invites Bids from qualified consultants to participate in a Request for Negotiated Proposal (RFNP), for the supply, delivery and implementation of a Physical Records Management Solution capable of meeting the City’s business and operational needs to manage physical records for the next five (5) years.  The City intends to establish the solution procured through this competitive process as a City Standard. 

The City will consider the following solutions for award and implementation: 

  1. Software as a Solution (SaaS) preferred model; or
  2. On Premise hosted on the City’s infrastructure with maintenance and support provided by the Vendor.
