The City of Mississauga (the City) invites proposals to supply, deliver and implement a Building Analytics and Energy Dashboard Software solution with Fault Detection capabilities to meet the City’s needs for the next five (5) years. The scope includes software licensing, technical services, set up & configuration, testing, training, documentation and support for a five (5) year term with option to extend for additional five (5) years. The solution will be deployed in 21 city’s facilities. The total number of points to be integrated is 41,038 (BAS- Building Automation System and metering points) and the City is looking for a Software as a Service (SAAS) solution. The evaluation process will focus on product specification, vendor qualification and price. The selected vendor will have 6 months to install, configure, commission and test the solution. The proposed solution shall meet the city’s mandatory requirements listed below in order to qualify for evaluation:
Shall be on the market for more than 5 years Shall provide both energy analytics and fault detection capabilities The solution licence shall be based on the number of points not on the number of users The City will evaluate proposals received in response to this negotiated RFP and may select a highest ranked Proponent with whom it may negotiate an Agreement,or the City may undertake a“Request for Best and Final Offers” (BAFO) process from multiple proponents, all as described within the proposal. The City expects to enter into a contract with the successful Vendor for a five (5) year term, with the option to extend for up to an additional five (5)year term.
