Description: 

The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (“the City”) is seeking to procure a general contractor to perform, without limiting the project scope, a renovation of approximately 5600 sf of the ground floor of Malton Community Centre. This office space was previously leased out to a tenant. The space will be redeveloped into multi-purpose rooms, offices, washrooms, and storage space for the Community Centre's use. 

Location: Malton Community Centre, 3540 Morning Star Drive, Mississauga, Ontario.
