Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the Work involves interior, exterior and mechanical equipment renewal through two (2) phases. Phase 1 - replace roofing system and skylights, new steel fixed access ladders between roof sections and replace existing exhaust fans. Phase 2 - replace mechanical equipment serving pool natatorium and change rooms, along with associated components, controls and electrical services. Modify existing ductwork and grilles in pool natatorium, replace sprinkler heads and renewal of pool filtration system. Install new doors between change rooms and corridor.
