The City of Mississauga (The City) is seeking experienced and qualified suppliers to provide janitorial and maintenance cleaning services at various Mississauga municipal Facilities as per Schedule A – List of Facilities. The buildings are high profile Facilities, with many public areas, and as such, they require a high level of cleanliness. 

Further, the successful Supplier must have the ability to achieve the following desired result:

1. Excellent quality of workmanship.
2. Carry out the work in the most efficient, safe, and effective manner with minimal disruption to The City’s programs and patrons.
3. Provide trained professional personnel who can respond quickly to issues.
4. Ability to provide timely 24 hours a day service, 365 days per year.
