The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the “City”) is seeking to procure a qualified General Contractor to undertake the renovation of the kitchen at Lakeview Golf Course Clubhouse. The Lakeview Golf Course Clubhouse is a 916 square meter two-storey building built in 1999 and located at 1190 Dixie Road, Mississauga, ON. The building, used as a clubhouse for the golf course, contains locker rooms, a snack bar, golf shop, and administrative offices. Mechanical equipment and other building systems are located on the rooftop and in designated rooms within the facility. The renovation will include replacement of all kitchen finishes, including cabinets, flooring, wall finishes, replacement of joint sealants, replacement of the cooling system (condenser and evaporator) for the walk-in fridges and freezer, replacement of Pro-Shop millwork, and upgrading of the AV system. Bidders are to refer to Appendix C – Statement of Work, Appendix E & F – Drawings and Technical Specification for detailed project requirements. |
