Description:	The City of Mississauga is seeking Construction Services for Clarkson Community Centre Ice Rink Refrigeration Plant Renewal at 2475 Truscott Dr., Mississauga, ON L5J 2B in an occupied and operational building including: replacement of existing refrigeration plant system mechanical and electrical systems upgrades modification to existing sprinkler system modification to existing BAS elevated exterior structural platform to support cooling tower interior and exterior modification to refrigeration room to ensure Ontario Building Code and CSA B52 compliance All other Work as described in Appendix C Scope of work, drawings and specifications documents
