This procurement process is to acquire competitive bids to select a vendor technically qualified and physically staffed to manage projects for Supply and Installation of Horizontal and Vertical Cable Distribution systems for Voice and Data. To receive consideration, bids must be compliant and Bidders must meet the qualifications & requirements outlined in the Request for Tender (RFT). Bidders must be able to provide evidence on demand, as to their and or their subcontractors’ capacities, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, relevant for work within Ontario which is of similar scope, size, complexity and value. Ideally, Bidders should be in the cabling installation business, operating under the same company name for five (5) years and currently have sufficient, capable personnel and resources to complete multiple projects simultaneously. Scope: The work includes provision of all labour, equipment and materials required to perform the services of administration, planning, supply and installation of horizontal and vertical cable distribution systems for voice and data. The award of a contract, if any, will be made in total to one Vendor in accordance with the provisions of the RFT. By submitting prices all items, Bidders agree to hold their prices for a period of five (5) year term. The duration for the contract is for Five (5) year contract term. |
