The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the “City”) invites qualified Bidders to participate in a Request for Negotiated Proposal (RFNP) process for the supply, delivery and implementation of an Enterprise Automated Staff Scheduling Solution (software solution) capable of meeting the City’s needs for the next ten (10) years. An Enterprise Automated Staff Scheduling Solution is required for City staff working in shifts in the following business areas:
The City will consider on premise, cloud Software as a Service (SaaS), as well as hybrid solutions (i.e. a combination of on premise and cloud), provided that a complete solution is provided by one Bidder. At the time of issuing this RFNP, the City is committed to implement the solution for Fire and Emergency Services by Q3 2023. All remaining business areas will be subject to budget approval in 2023/2024. |
