The Work involves the supply, delivery and installation of all components necessary to construct the project described below:

• Removal and replacement of the existing:
  • Make-Up Air Unit ACS-2 (provides fresh air to the existing heat pumps);
  • Pool Air Handling (Dehumidifier) Unit ACS-1 (serves pool area);
  • Gas Fired Domestic Hot Water Tanks (serves Community Centre and School).

Work includes the associated electrical, controls, local ductwork, piping, humidifier and supplementary devices.

• New AHUs to be shipped in a knocked down format to allow all components to be received on site, transported to the area of work, assembled and tested in place without the need for destructive work to occur inside the building (except as noted in the Contract Documents);
• Removal and replacement of the Fresh and Exhaust Air dampers and louvers on the exterior wall;
• Provision of craning and hoisting services required for delivery and removal of equipment, including obtaining of all required traffic and street closure permits;
• Provision of the associated Structural, Electrical, Balancing, and BAS Controls work required for a complete installation and commissioning;
• Provision of temporary equipment during construction as described in the contract documents;
• Commissioning, Training, Start up and Testing of all installed systems.
