The scope of work under this contract shall include graffiti removal, power washing and anti-graffiti coating /sealing services on an “as needed” basis for 2 years.

The Contractor shall supply all materials, labour and equipment to provide the required service at locations such as noise walls, bridges (abutments, wings walls, parapet walls, piers, etc), buildings, walkways, parks, play grounds, street signs and anywhere else deemed necessary.  Structures designated as Historic / Heritage Assets will also be maintained and the Contractor shall take every precaution necessary to restore the surface to original condition without causing any surface or structural damage.

The bid will be reviewed as to the lowest price, qualifications, capabilities and experience of the bidder and the availability of funds by the City to complete the work. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids and to waive informalities in accordance with established policy.
