Description: 

Credit Village Marina docks has reached the end of its’ life cycle (27 years). There are 56 slips that will be replaced under this contract.  The new docks will be a slightly new configuration and include all new appurtances including electrical; as well as a new shore-based gate and access ramp.

The goal of this project is to: 

  • Deliver the safe removal of the existing docks and shore-based access gate system (leaving all anchoring systems in place); 
  • Manufacture new docks as per Specifications;
  • Install new docks and full servicing as per Specifications; and
  • Have the docks in the City’s possession and fully operational by May 1, 2024 .
