The aim of this project is to restore Kinsmen Hall to its full potential by addressing its current poor interior condition and ensuring the safe removal of asbestos.

The project scope includes but is not limited to the following:

  • To upgrade the Facility's universal, men's, and women's washrooms and janitor rooms.
  • To upgrade the kitchen, kitchenette, light fixtures, ceiling and flooring.
  • To upgrade the parking lot.
  • To remove asbestos-containing materials. (and reinstatement of building finishes, ceiling, flooring, etc.).
