To procure a single system for box office/point of sale, online ticket sales, and ticket validation that meets the City’s current and future technical and business needs – for 3 sites:  Meadowvale Theatre, Living Arts Centre and Paramount Fine Foods Centre (see SOW for list of facilities and their detailed requirements) which includes, but is not limited to:

• Improve the customer's online experience, increase visibility of events, and increase sales and revenue by implementing single box office solution that allows customers to see all box office events across City of Mississauga venues
• Reduce staff training requirements and provide the ability to share staff across all event venues through the use of a single box office ticketing solution that also provides enhanced system functionality, features and workflows
• To reduce Revenue reconciliation processes through the implementation of one end-to-end integrated Point of Sale (POS) system for box office ticketing across all venues
• Improve the customer’s online experience by implementing a modern web application that is intuitive to use and mobile friendly
• Allow customers to self manage (transfer/exchange) their season tickets online/mobile app
• Provide customers with a single unified portal to ticketed events
• An integrated Point of Sale (POS) system with the ability to process payment card transactions (end to end) with accurate and real time reporting
• A PCI compliant solution that includes PCI-DSS (Infrastructure) and PA-DSS (Software System) certifications
• A system that meets the City’s Freedom of Information (FOI) & Privacy Act, Internal Audit, Legislation, IT security and PCI protocols
• A single system for the City to maintain and support 
  
   

CONTRACT TERM

This Agreement shall have a term of five (5) years from the Effective Date, with the option to renew for a single additional five (5) year term. Any option to renew shall be subject to the City's budget approval process, and satisfactory supplier performance.
