The City of Mississauga (the “City”) invites Proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide complete consulting and design services for Streetsville Kinsmen Hall, located at 321 Queen St. S, Mississauga, ON L5M 1M3. Through the process described in this RFP, the City will select a qualified architectural firm to act as the Prime Consultant, having total responsibility for all necessary sub-consulting services, including but not being limited to engineering disciplines, building envelope design, building code expertise, accessibility design, cost estimating, to provide full consulting services to plan, coordinate, design, produce contract documents, implement and administer the construction contract for the Design and Consulting Services for Streetsville Kinsmen Hall Accessibility Improvements and Building Façade Repairs (the “project”).
