This Contract shall include, but not limited to, the following works: dewatering, erosion and sedimentation control and tree protection; protection and temporary support of existing Utilities; protection of existing storm and sanitary sewers; earthworks, grading and stockpiling to achieve the design grades and final dimensions and configurations of the proposed stormwater management (SWM) facility; disposal of excess fill Material; modification of the existing storm sewer (between maintenance hole 27 and catch basin maintenance hole 32) to tie into the minor system inlet of the proposed SWM facility; removal of the existing storm catch basin maintenance hole (catch basin 32); installation of storm sewers, super catch basin and maintenance holes; installation of an Oil Grit Separator (OGS) unit; shop drawings preparation and installation of the underground storage chamber system with manifolds, inspection ports, and connections; installation of the outlet control structure including weir wall;  replacing backfill to specified Grades; installation of surface treatments (e.g., curbs, asphalt trails, etc.) and landscaping/ restoration; modification to existing surface treatment including installation of a depressed curb; installation of park features; installation of trail lighting; restoration of baseball diamond; restoration of cricket field and pitch; construction, maintenance and removal of temporary haul roads; installation of landscape structures (tree plantings, sodding, etc.); and, restoration of all access routes back to existing conditions or better.
