The City of Mississauga (the “City”) invites Proposals from qualified Architectural firms to provide Prime Consulting Services (Architectural) for PFFC Rehabilitation, located at Paramount Fine Foods Centre @ 5500, 5600 Rose Cherry Pl, Mississauga, ON L4Z 4B6.

Through the process described in this RFP, the City will select a qualified architectural firm to act as the Prime Consultant, having total responsibility for all necessary sub-consulting services, including but not being limited to engineering disciplines, building envelope design, building code expertise, interior design, Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E), arborist, accessibility design, to provide full consulting services to plan, coordinate, design, produce contract documents, implement and administer the construction contract as part of the Prime Consulting Services (Architectural) for PFFC Rehabilitation (the “project”).  It is the intention of the City that the project complies with a minimum performance of Level 1 of the Corporate Green Building Standard.
