Description: 

The City requires a competent, qualified vendor to carry out linen rental and laundry Services for the City’s three foodservice locations listed below; please refer to SOW for location details. 

  • BraeBen Golf Course;
  • C Banquets;
  • Small Arms Inspection Building.

The following list identifies the required linen products; detailed quantities and specification requirements for each location as listed in the attached Price Schedule. 

  • Chair covers;
  • Napkins;
  • Table cloth;
  • Kitchen towel;
  • Apron-bib;
  • Chef coats.

To be considered, Bidders must be able to demonstrate the bidder qualifications listed in Section 8 below. 

The Successful Bidder shall supply all labour, equipment, and supplies for linen rental and laundry services. The Contractor’s supervisor will meet with the City’s Contract Manager to ensure the work is performed in accordance with the Contract.

The award of a Contract (if any) shall be based on the lowest acceptable bid in total from a qualified Bidder, where the bid meets the specifications and substantially complies with the RFT requirements. The anticipated term of this Contract is for three (3) years with the City having the option to extend for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms.

To obtain an unsecured version of the bid document and/or to participate in this opportunity, an annual or a per bid fee must be paid (annual fee - $439.90, per bid fee - $132.04).
