Description: 

The City is seeking detailed bids from qualified Civil Engineering/ Multi-Discipline Consulting Firms interested in acting as prime consultant in the provision of consulting, design, and construction administration services for various site renewal requirements at the Clarkson Depot Site, at 2167 Royal Windsor Dr, Mississauga, ON L5J 1K5. 
Bidders shall refer to Appendix C – Statement of Work for details.

The anticipated construction cost is approximately $8,000,000.00 (excl. net HST). The construction cost includes the cash allowance and contingency, but excludes all soft costs such as permit fees, consulting fees, FF&E, HST etc. The construction will be implemented using the CCDC 5B-2010 Construction Management Contract – for Services and Construction and includes the City’s Amendments.
Led by the prime consultant, the consultant team shall provide consulting services as one coordinated and integrated service. Coordination with the City shall be through the City’s Contract Manager. 
One-site construction is expected to start May 3, 2027 and to be completed by October 31, 2028.
