The purpose of this Request for Tender is to procure for the Corporation of the City of Mississauga a Contractor to complete Roof Replacement works. Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, this work involves the following: - Removal and disposal of all existing roofing material as identified - Supply and installation of new roofing system, described as per contract documents - Replacement, clearing or cleaning of any obstructions found within gutters, as indicated - Ensuring continuance of day-to-day operations of each facility Mandatory Site Meeting: There is a mandatory Site Meeting at each location on June 26, 2024. Attendance at all 3 Site Meetings is mandatory. 1) Mississauga Valley CC – 1275 Mississauga Valley Blvd, Mississauga ON L5A 3R8 - Site Meeting Time: 9:30am 2) River Grove CC – 5800 River Grove Ave, Mississauga ON L5M 4R5 - Site Meeting Time: 11:00am 3) Erin Mills Twin Arena – 3205 Unity Dr, Mississauga ON L5L 4L5 - Site Meeting Time: 12:30pm Site Meeting Instructions: Limited Number of attendees to three (3) max from each bidder.
