The City of Mississauga (the “City”) seeks to pre-qualify potential bidders for participation in a subsequent negotiated RFP (“NRFP”) for the provision and implementation of an end-to-end procurement solution. Only those suppliers that are pre-qualified through this RFPQ process will be invited to participate in the NRFP. The system should provide seamless interaction throughout the various stages of the procurement lifecycle.
