The City is seeking a general contractor to complete all of the Work described in the Contract documents, including but not limited to: project management, site supervision & safety per OHSA Regulations, private utility locates, Ontario One Call locates, coordination, supply, installation, manufacturing, responsibility, and coordination of necessary sub-contractors, overall responsibility of the Work, liaise with the City’s Contract Manger, conduct bi-weekly construction meetings. More details information will be included in Appendix C Specifications/Statement of Work. |
