Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the Work involves the replacement of various roof sections and two skylights throughout the Living Arts Centre along with the sealant repair for the rectangular skylight and the installation of new-ballasted guardrail and pre-fabricated metal roof walkway.
