The City of Mississauga is seeking to have the contractor supply and deliver the rental of three (3) current 2-stall washroom trailers within the City of Mississauga boundaries with the provision to add up to an additional five (5) units if necessary, throughout the City for the fixed term of the contract. The rental period shall be a duration of twenty-four (24) months from the date of award with the option to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year terms. The rental of the units shall include cleaning services, sewage pump out and water tank refilling twice a week. The successful proponent shall have staff available to provide after-hours/weekend emergency service requests within 12 hours of request to address issues such as electrical, plumbing, mechanical etc. The washroom trailers shall be equipped with heating and cooling, warm and cold running water, hand soap, paper products (toilet paper and paper towels), and lighting. The successful proponent shall permit the City to install cylindrical combination locks to each stall.
