The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the “City”) has a uniform program for its employees and within this program, the City allocates funds to its employees to purchase uniforms. The City requires a qualified Supplier to supply and deliver uniforms, provide inventory management, warehousing, order processing and distribution services to approximately 3,000 employees, as further described in this Statement of Work (“SOW”). The Supplier is required to provide a Web-accessible Ordering System (“the System”) for the management of the uniform program. City employees will place orders online for individual or bulk uniform items listed in the price schedules on an “as and when required basis”. The Supplier will be required to supply and deliver the uniforms to over forty (40) City locations within the City of Mississauga. The Supplier shall ensure that the method of payment shall be by credit card (Visa) at the time of purchase. During the Term of Contract, the Supplier must:
