The City is seeking detailed bids from qualified Engineering Consulting firms interested in acting as Prime Consultant in the provision of consulting, design, and construction administration services for the following:

Parking Lot Upgrades at Cawthra Transitway Station – New Bus Loop & Bus Parking. Key objectives include but are not limited to:

  1. Associated studies, including but not limited to those outlined in Appendix C.
  2. Updated conceptual & detailed design drawings (30%, 60%, 90%, 100%, IFT).
  3. Preparation of construction documents and IFT package.
  4. Construction administration and full time inspection services
