The City of Mississauga (City) is seeking proposals for consulting services to undertake a comprehensive study to identify opportunities for improvement, modernization and expansion to accommodate the growing needs of the Paramount Fine Foods Centre (PFFC) to be one of the most attractive sports and entertainment facilities in Canada.
This study will include analyzing existing design, function and utilization of the facility and preparing site options for its improvement through proposed concept site plans, floor plans and renderings that show the design intent and vision for the improved facility.
Led by the Prime Consultant, the consultant team shall provide consulting services as one coordinated and integrated service. Coordination with the City shall be through the City’s Contract Manager. The City expects the Prime Consultant to provide the Final Report, including Final Concept Plans and Presentation no later than December 15th 2021. The Study and recommendations will be presented to Stakeholders for further direction to Staff on approval of the proposed design for further development. The budget amount for this study is $80,000.
