This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is an invitation by the City of Mississauga (the “City”) to submit a Bid to purchase up to one hundred and forty-eight (148) scrap buses on a strictly “as is, where is” basis for a period of two years. The Bidder, if awarded a Contract, shall be solely responsible to supply all labour, materials and equipment necessary to remove the buses from the City’s facility at the Bidder’s sole cost, all in accordance with this RFQ and as directed by City. The objective of this RFQ is to sell the scrap buses to highest bidder. The City will not be liable for any faults discovered after the sale of the scrap buses. The scrap buses will be sold as/is with no guarantee/warranty. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, even if the bid have the highest price for the scrap buses. |
