The City invites bids from qualified suppliers for the preventative maintenance services for Infrared Inspection on Electrical Equipment on various assets, located in various facilities within Mississauga, ON. Preventative Maintenance Services shall be performed by a crew of two (2) service technicians; a licensed electrician (Ontario) and a certified level 3 thermograph operator (Thermographer), unless the Contract Manager has provided prior written approval to do otherwise. The Successful Bidder shall provide the Services and Materials in accordance with the following requirements: Provide all certified trades labour, equipment and Materials/supplies required to perform all Preventative Maintenance Services required to maintain standards of the Canadian Standards Association, Underwriters Laboratories of Canada (ULC), the Electrical Safety Authority, Ontario Fire Code, Ontario Building Code, the Occupational Health and Safety Act 1990, and Provincial and Municipal building codes at City Facilities.
