Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the Work involves:

  • Work area A - Remove mulch and backfill and expose the vertical surface of the existing wall assembly below through wall flashing as indicated on the specifications and drawings. Install new assembly, metal flashing(s), accessories, as indicated on the specifications and drawings.
  • Work area B - Remove mulch and backfill and expose the vertical surface of the existing wall assembly below through wall flashing as indicated on the specifications and drawings. Install new assembly, metal flashing(s), accessories, as indicated on the specifications and drawings.
  • Work area C - Remove and dispose of the existing wall assembly as indicated on the specifications and drawings. Install new wall assembly, metal flashing(s), accessories, as indicated on the specifications and drawings.
