Description: 

The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the “City”) is seeking to procure Mechanical Contractor Services for the lifecycle replacement of Heat Pumps and Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs) at the Celebration Square Complex at 300 City Centre Drive, Mississauga.

Without limiting the scope of work, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the objective of this project is the demolition and disposal of existing Heat Pumps and ERVs, and the supply and installation of a new HVAC system in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications.
