The purpose of this ACAN is to advise that the City intends to award a contract for Property and Architectural AI Technology to: Pre-Selected Supplier Name: Archistar Pty Ltd Contract Price: $90,000.00 HST The City is providing other potential suppliers with an opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the requirements outlined below, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities before the closing date and time. If other potential suppliers submit a Statement of Capabilities that meets the City’s requirements as set out in this ACAN, the City may proceed to a competitive procurement process. If no other suppliers submit a Statement of Capabilities that meets the City’s requirements as set out in this ACAN, the City may proceed to award to the pre-selected supplier. The City has sole, unfettered discretion to determine whether a Statement of Capabilities meets the City’s requirements.
