The City is looking to establish a Consulting Services Roster for the Infrastructure Planning & Engineering Services Division. The consulting assignments under this roster include investigations, studies and conceptual design etc. which ARE NON-CONSTRUCTION in nature. Assignments will be on an ‘‘as-and-when-requested’ basis. Specific consultant services provided through roster assignments will vary and will be defined by the City on a project by project basis. Roster Categories are as follows:
