The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (“the City”) is seeking to procure General Contractor Services for application of bird deterrent film on eastern Façade of Living Arts centre (LAC). Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the purpose of this project is to apply the bird friendly film on the easte evelation glass façade while the building is kept functional.
