The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to procure construction services for Multi-Site Spray Pad and Park Improvement for five (5) Parks.
Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the Work involves spray pad lifecycle replacement, supply and instal shade structure, accessible seating, bicycle parking, tree planting, utility connections/updates, playground replacement with EWF and sand play and more. More details information will be included in Appendix C, D, E,Specifications/Statement of Work/Drawings. |
