The City of Mississauga (the “City”) invites Proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide complete consulting services for the design and implementation of the Consulting Services for the Reconstruction of South Common Community Center and Library, located at 2233 South Millway Mississauga, ON L5L 2B3. 

Through the process described in this RFP, the City will select a qualified architectural firm to act as the Prime Consultant, having total responsibility for all necessary sub-consulting services, including but not being limited to structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, other engineering disciplines, building envelope design, building code expertise,  interior design, furniture selection, space planning, accessibility design, landscape design, cost estimating, to provide full consulting services to plan, coordinate, design, produce contract documents, implement and administer the construction contract for the redevelopment of the Consulting Services for the Reconstruction of South Common Community Center and Library (the “project”).  It is the intention of the City that the project complies with a minimum performance of Level 2 of the Corporate Green Building Standards and the Energy Design Guidelines, as per attachments.
