The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the “City”) invites bids from qualified Bidders to provide Industrial Safety Training. The successful Bidder (Supplier) is required to be specialized in industrial safety training and will provide highly engaged instructors to train various City employees who require variety of legislated industrial training for their jobs. The industrial safety training program will include the following:
Please refer to Appendix C - Statement of Work for more project details. The City reserves the right to revise/update, add or delete courses and/or training during the contract period based on the City’s changing requirements and availability of newer technology, training methods, media options and practices as they become available. The contract shall be for a five (5) year term, with the option to extend the contract for an additional up to five (5) year term. Contract extension shall be at the sole discretion of the City and subject to satisfactory performance, legislated/industry standards of Supplier and instructors, pricing and successful negotiations of both parties. |
